I am reading Eckhart Tolle’s A NEW EARTH. It focuses on a process of self – appreciation and discovery and places in perspective our doubts about ourselves, our origins and destination, even beyond our lifetime. It is not a heavy book, but only for those who have the patience and sagacity to understand what Tolle is saying.

I read Tolle or Deepak Chopra sometimes, but I prefer management book like EXECUTION: THE DISCIPLINE OF GETTING THINGS DONE by Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan – books that are simple, to the point and with actionable learning.
