Dr. Muhammed Majeed, Chairman
With a Ph.D. in Industrial Pharmacy from St. John’s University, New York, Dr. Majeed has over 30 plus years of experience in progressive research at Pfizer, Carter-Wallace, and Paco Research. He founded Sabinsa in 1988, and set up Sami Labs in 1991.

He has won several awards, including Entrepreneur of the Year (1996) from the National Federation of Asian Americans, and the prestigious Ellis Island Medal of Honor (2004) from the National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations (NECO).

Srikant S. Nair, Head - Engineering
Srikant has over 12 years of experience in IT and IT Management spanning from Microsoft Technologies to Oracle Technologies. He joined Edkal as a Project Manager in 2005 and is currently heading the Engineering wing. He is responsible for building and maintaining the Technology Strengths of Edkal and is also responsible for all Project Deliveries. Previously he has worked in various capacities ranging from Software Engineer to Database Administrator and Project Manager. Srikant has had good international exposure by virtue of having worked in the US, Japan, and Middle East in various projects ranging from Enterprise Solutions to Data Migration.

Surej A, Head - ITES
Surej has extensive experience in IT infrastructre management and WAN implementation. He is reponsible for managing IT Security and delivering IT Enabled Services.

Manu Gopinath – Project Manager
Manu has extensive experience in delivering IT Projects. He has worked in various technologies and platforms ranging from .NET to J2EE. He is currently the Project Manager for J2EE and PHP projects at Edkal. Prior to this he has worked in various capacities from Software Engineer to Project Lead. His international exposure includes Japan and the Middle East. He is also one of the key members of Edkal’s Japanese initiative.

Sudeesh Kumar B – Project Manager
Sudeesh has around 7 years of experience in developing and supporting IT projects on Oracle platform. Sudeesh is currently heading Edkal's Support Team and is working in the capacity of Project Manager responsible for the Maintenance / Support of projects at Edkal. Prior to this, he has worked in various capacities from Software Engineer to Functional Consultant and Sr.Support Engineer.
