To expand upon our successful & profitable operations flourishing for the past 3 years, EDKAL is looking to appoint Business Partners for the UK, Europe,APAC & Middle East Markets during Q1-2008. We are seeking partnerships with small-medium companies / individuals who have business contacts and experience in selling IT solutions in local markets. We are keen to look at new Business Partners and engage them in a mutually beneficial and long-term relationship with Edkal.
Our partners should have a good knowledge of the local market for the Technology / Service Offerings of EDKAL in their city / region and should be able to effectively sell the Offshore Development Services of EDKAL to small-medium firms, software product companies, large corporates, government and educational institutions. They should be able to leverage their existing relationships to open doors and set up initial meetings with decision makers in key organizations and institutes. Partners would also assist EDKAL in successfully completing the Pre-sales / Sales and Software Delivery activities of the assignment, depending on the degree of partnership.
Depending on the degree of shared responsibilities and revenue sharing, we offer 3 types of Partnership Programs:
- EDKAL Referral Partner (ERPT)
- EDKAL Associate (EA)
- EDKAL Partner (EP)
EDKAL Referral Partner (ERPT)
This program is intended for Individual Entrepreneurs, Freelance IT Consultants, other professionals who refer EDKAL to their contacts with a potential outsourcing / IT consulting opportunity.
EDKAL Associate (EA)
An EDKAL Associate could be a small IT Consulting Firm / Individual Entrepreneur, looking to offer value-added outsourcing services to its current clientele by means of partnering with a proven and trusted outsourcing company like Edkal. Edkal, with its established world-class infrastructure and domain/technology consultants in various fields, offer the most profitable partnership opportunity in the long run. As an EDKAL Associate, you would be expected to participate actively in Pre-sales – Sales – Contract phases of the assignment and ensure successful completion of the sale. We could also look at providing discounted billing rates to an EA, which can be leveraged as gross profits.
EDKAL Partner (EP)
An EDKAL Partner is an extension of an EDKAL Associate in the sense that, an EP would actively involve in Account Management, Project Management activities of the engagement. An EP would also be involved in generating more projects from the same account and will have quarterly revenue targets.
