Job Description
Our multinational group company with a base in the United States seeks a Molecular Biologist with Bioinformatics expertise.

Key Role
Provide subject matter expertise and team leadership in molecular biology and bioinformatics. Provide expert consulting skills from experience in commercial and research contracting space. Provide project documentation and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• You will be primarily responsible for leading research in molecular biology and bioinformatics at our research labs in Bangalore, India, offering services to our group of companies as well as to our global clients.
• You will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, leading tasks and projects, and ensuring the quality of client deliverables.
• You will apply well developed consulting, assignment management, and functional skills in the execution of the work, in training junior staff, and in managing client assignments, technical/functional content, budgets and staff resources.

Requirements
Functional/Industry Knowledge:

• 5+ years experience with molecular biology and bioinformatics, and in leading teams engaged in scientific projects required
• 5+ years experience in the field of molecular biology and bioinformatics.
• Experience with working on molecular biology/bioinformatics in a government, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment
• Knowledge of in-depth drug development and health care concepts, practices, and procedures

Desirable Qualifications and Experience
JLPT Level 3 Certified Japanese Language (Conversational level)
